Here at REACOS, Inc., we put our clients first. Our goal is to make sure we are doing everything we can to get you or your business where you need to be and help educate you along the way. If you’re not successful, we’re not successful. We are committed to providing close, personal attention to each client. We believe in the value of relationships and view every client as a partnership. Finances can be stressful and that’s where we want to help.

  • Rachel Laudick, CEO

    Rachel Laudick, CEO

    I am an owner and current CEO at REACOS Inc. I am a Colorado native, born and raised locally. I received my undergrad in Business Management from Fort Lewis College and my Master’s in Accounting from Regis University. I truly enjoy watching our clients’ businesses and families grow and it brings me so much joy to be along for the ride.

    When I am not in the office, you can find me hanging out with my pups or outside golfing with my husband and enjoying time with friends and family.

  • Kaylin Ermel, CFO

    Kaylin Ermel, CFO

    I am an owner and current CFO of REACOS Inc, which immediately followed my 10 years of service as CFO with Rod Ermel Associates. I’m originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and earned my BA from Tulsa University. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2004, I worked for many years in private sectors with a variety of roles in both Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Sales Tax, Financial Services, Comptroller, and Accountant for large Law Firms, Auto Auctions, Auto Dealerships and Auto Financial Corporations.

    My passion is to help and guide others to be able to manage and grow their own businesses to where their goals and dreams may take them. I truly believe that everyone has a purpose, you can know it clearly and be set free to pursue it boldly!

  • Lucas Laudick, Director

    Lucas Laudick, Director Of Operations, Investment Adviser Representative

    I am the current Director of Operations here at REACOS Inc. I was born in Oklahoma City, OK, but grew up in Albuquerque, NM. I received my BA at Fort Lewis College, in Durango, CO where I also played on the golf team. Before starting at REACOS I worked with investments at T. Rowe Price followed by Kinder Morgan where I was a Data Analyst. My passion has always been investments and numbers in general, and I want to use that to help clients get on the right track and reach their financial goals.

    When I’m not at the office I enjoy relaxing with my wife and hanging out with friends or being out on the golf course.

  • Anjelica Alvidrez, Payroll & Accounting Manager

    Anjelica Alvidrez, Accounting Manager

    My position at REACOS, Inc is the accounting manager. I received my Bachelors degree in Business Administration at the University of Northern Colorado. I am a Colorado Native; born and raised in a small town in the south eastern part of the state.

    When I am not in the office I enjoy working out and spending time with my family.

  • Alexandria Alvidrez

    Alexandria Alvidrez, Payroll Manager

    I am the Payroll Manager here at REACOS, Inc. I have lived in Colorado my whole life with no intention of ever leaving. After high school, I moved from a small town in the southeastern corner to Greeley where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

    When I am not at work, I love to spend quality time with my son and family.

  • Heather Brocklehurst

    I am a Junior Staff Accountant here at REACOS, Inc. Some of my duties include payroll, bookkeeping and billing.

    In my free time, I love to hang out with family and friends, as well as play in a pool league.

  • Brenna Harvey

    I joined the REACOS team with over a decade of bookkeeping experience and a passion for supporting local businesses’ growth. With a background in service, administration and marketing, I have a well-rounded approach to helping our clients reach their goals.

    Outside of the office, I can be found organizing local maker markets and supporting our amazing community. I also adore spending time with my family, hiking, camping and various creative pursuits.

  • Sherry Mason

    I am a senior staff accountant with decades of accounting and life experience. I managed 3 CPA firms in CA and worked for 10 years as a revenue analyst and staff accountant for the City of San Rafael, CA.

    Achieving a Bachelor’s degree at Humboldt State University in 2012 in Freshwater Fisheries, I worked for CA Dept of Fish & Wildlife helping preserve the fisheries industry in their communities.

    In 2016 I moved back to Colorado and worked for a CO Springs homebuilder as an accounts payable specialist for 5 yrs. Joining REACOS I endeavor to help streamline our clients bookkeeping needs and assist in their continuing successes. I enjoy the variety of businesses we work with and the REACOS team.

    In my spare time I volunteer in the fisheries community, am a Treasurer for a nonprofit organization and avid gardener. With my family and friends I enjoy exploring the wonders life brings us in our time together.

  • Sasha Moreno

    I am a Jr staff accountant here at REACOS, INC. I joined the team after completing my tax season internship at FORVIS Mazars, where I focused on auditing the financial statements of a variety of clientele. I am currently attaining my BAS in Accounting at University of Phoenix. With the skills I’ve developed from these positions I hope to not only assist our clientele with all their accounting needs, but to also be a friend to those who walk into our office.

    When I am not in the office you might find me in a variety of places. I enjoy hiking with my dog and family in our beautiful Colorado mountains, reading a book, and cooking meals with/for my friends and family.

  • Aline Zunk

    I have been a receptionist since November of 2020 and enjoy all aspects of my job. My duties include answering phones, greeting clients and I also assemble the tax returns in the final stage after the final review of the tax return has been completed. I also enjoy seeing and getting to know all of the clients during the tax season as well as off season.

    Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and taking care of my grand babies as well as spending time outside doing different physical activities.

    Born in California and raised in the vibrant culture of Denver, I bring a rich tapestry of experiences to my role as an executive assistant. I thrive on blending creativity and precision in all aspects of my work. As an executive assistant, I leverage my love for problem-solving—whether navigating the intricacies of scheduling or coordinating high-stakes projects—to deliver seamless support and foster a productive environment.

    Outside of work, you can find me exploring new escape room adventures, indulging in culinary delights, music concerts, or debating the finer points of Jedi philosophy. . These passions not only fuel my personal growth but also enrich my professional endeavors, allowing me to bring a unique perspective and a proactive approach to every task at hand.
